SPECTATORS:

  • Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 restrictions spectators will not be allow at the meets.  To allow parents to see their child compete we will be live streaming the meet at:

ELIGIBILITY

  • The PA United Summer T&F series are not sanctioned by the NFHS - USATF nor AAU.  Athletes can not represent their schools at these meets.  Athletes must compete for a club team or unattached.

  • This meet is for athletes age 9 - 18. Any athlete who turns 19 after the AAU or USATF National meet will be ineligible. 

  • There will 15 entries per event - per gender

  • Teams will have a entry max of 5 athletes per event per gender

  • Athletes can enter a max of 2 events for the meet.


ENTRY DEADLINE & FEES  - $25 per Athlete

  • Meet 1: Entry closes at 12:00 Noon EST on Thursday, May 27th, 2021 or when meet reaches 210 athletes capacity, whichever comes first.  Entry fees must be paid at the time to entry submission

  • Meet 2: Entry closes at 12:00 Noon EST on Thursday, June 24th, 2021 or when meet reaches 210 athletes capacity, whichever comes first.

EVENT CAPACITY & LIMITATIONS: Due to facility capacity limitations, this meet is limited to 210 athletes per session.
- Wrist bands will be issued to registered Athletes and Coaches. Spectators will NOT be admitted. 

Teams will be allowed 2 Individual Events per Athlete  - No Refunds 17 entries per event - per gender

Packet Pickup:

  • We want to reduce crowding and conform to social distancing guide lines, for this reason we will have packet pickup under the green tent on the in field (only one coach permitted).  Heat and Lane assignments will be emailed and posted online at:  

Bib Number & Clerking:

  • Athletes must have their bib numbers on to gain entrance to the track for clerking. Entrance will only be allowed for their scheduled sessions only. (Each Session has different color bibs)

  • Athletes will be called to clerking 10 minutes before their session begins.

  • If you miss your event - You miss you opportunity to compete.

    -Long Jump

  • Athletes will be clerked at the event.  Check in with the Head Field Judge.

  • Long Jump will have one session for the Girls and one session for the Boys.

 

REPLACEMENT BIBS

  • Replacement fee for lost or stolen bib numbers is $10.00

 

SPIKE POLICY

  • The only spikes allowed at this meet are 3/16” PYRAMID spikes or less.  PLEASE check your spikes before bringing them to the event. 

  • All spikes will be checked before the competition, at the spike check table, and again checked at the starting line or clerks’ stand. 

 

PARKING

  • Parking is located at the track and in front of the school.  Because parking is limited we ask that you leave after your child runs to allow for other parents to drop off their child for their event.  **Please do not move cones as they are there for handicap and officials’ parking only.**

  • If you park in an unofficial parking place.  ie: double parking - blocking lanes of traffic - your car may be towed at your own expense.
