Run - Jump - Throw

 

Run - Jump - Throw program consists of activities stations where your child will focus on learning and practicing specific RJT skills. Each day will be organized and modified to ensure your child feels safe and confident while learning our foundational skills. Our RJT coaches will combine athletic movements to challenge the athletic decision making process.  With the help of carefully crafted circuits coaches will help your young athletes hard wire critical movement patterns, which will form the foundation of their life as an athlete. 

How It Works

  • 60 min class 

  • The Practice Of The Day (POD) revolve around active play and reactive decision making activities.

  • 4 Segments: Warm up - Skills Station - Activity - Cool Down
