2021 - 2022 Classes

Sprints Development: is a 60 minute class that teaches the foundational aspects of the: 100m, 200m, and 400m. Athletes will focus on the components of the sprints: Acceleration - Max Velocity - Posture - Stride Length - Stride Frequency - Force Production and Race Strategy.

Athlete Dress Code

Long Jump: is a 60 minute class that teaches athletes the components of the Long Jump: Acceleration - Posture - Takeoff Mechanics - In Air Action and Landing. 

Triple Jump: is a 60 minute that teaches  athletes the components of the Triple Jump: Acceleration - Max Velocity - Posture - Takeoff Mechanics - Bounding - In Air Action and Landing. 

High Jump: is a 60 minute that teach athletes the components of the High Jump: Proper Approach - Posture - Takeoff Mechanics - Bar Clearance and Landing. 

Hurdles: is a 60 minute class that teaches the fundamental components of the: 55m, 100/110m, and 300m/400m hurdles. Athletes will focus on: Acceleration - Rhythm - Posture - Lead & Trail Leg and Race Strategy.
